Kindergarten and First Grade: One FM book to be kept at school. One week checkout.

Second Grade: Up to two FM books at a time. One week checkout.

Third Grade: Up to three KGBSD books at a time. Two week checkout. Additional books may be checked out for research projects when necessary and kept at schoo

Fines and Fees

Students will not be charged for overdue Fawn Mountain and First City Libraries books.


They may be asked to pay replacement fees for lost or damaged books.

Meet the Librarian

Hi, my name is Erica Reynolds. After two decades as a classroom teacher in grades K-6, I'm loving the opportunity to apply those experiences to my current role as Teacher Librarian and Reading Specialist at Fawn Mountain. This wonderful space is for every one of the students, staff, and families in our fantastic FME community. Together we are exploring the many ways school libraries can support and enhance student learning, including reading and information literacy, research skills, digital citizenship, internet safety, and finding the perfect book!
